If you’re attending the conference alone, or just want to be sociable, watch out for the “Meet New Friends” tables. They will be specially marked with balloons.
All meals are included in the accommodation rate, not in the conference registration fee.
Babysitting services can be booked through the concierge. Details can be found here.
Local calls and third party calls both incur a telephone usage fee. There are payphones in the main Lodge. Fairmont President’s Club members receive complimentary local calls and no service charge for third party calls.
